01. What are the different service packages?

We will act as your single point of contact and speak to FORD directly on your behalf. We will deal with the relevant people instead of you having to make sometime multiple calls to the UK Dealer Assistance Centre (UK DAC). We provide support For issues such Logging in, Access to applications with in the Dealer Portal, Dealer code issues. Where possible, we will help to resolve the problem without having to contact FORD. Saving you time and keeping you operational. Naturally all interaction between us and FORD will be logged in our ticketing system.
Same service scope as above, but includes support for installation connectivity and configuration issues with Batch Communications Server (BCM) and Global Warranty Entry (GWE).
Same service scope as warranty claim submitting dealership above, but discounted for multiple dealership sites under the same ownership - multiple sites with suffix ending with AA.

02. What are the contract terms?

Each contract is 1 year duration. They will typically renew automatically each year so you are always supported. However you give cancellation notice at any time up to the day before the renewal date. So there is no lock-in.

You can cancel your current contract at any time. You will still be supported until the expiry date. Because the cost of the support service is averaged and support needs can often be 'front-loaded', there are no refunds on the current contract if cancelled part way through.

03. How do I sign up?

Select your preferred plan and just use the sign up buttons in the pricing table above for your chosen payment type. Full VAT invoices will be generated automatically and sent within 24 hours.
In order to register your dealership support, just visit our registration page and complete the form with business and payment details.

04. Payment Options

We recommend this as the most efficient and reliable payment process. This allows automatic renewals meaning you are always supported. We use the trusted GoCardless system to obtain your payment authorisation. We do not hold any of your bank details. Your contract is a 12 month contract, and is paid either in full at start of the contract, or by monthly payments. At the end of the contract, it will automatically renew unless you continue it, and a further annual or monthly payments will continue.
If you prefer to use debit or credit card or business purchasing card, we use the Stripe authorisation process. We do not hold any of your card details. We adopt an Acceptable Use Policy. We do not artificially restrict support by number of tickets or time spent.

06. Support Hours

We are here for you 24x365. So call when convenient to you. Bear in mind that if we need to interact with FORD CDS teams, we are restricted to their operating hours. FORD CDS teams normal hours are UK business hours excluding Weekends and bank holidays.

We have been delivering independent technical support fpr FORD CDS since 2000 under the name First Option Technical Support. On 9th September 2020 the business operations were acquired by Phoenix47 and now trade under that name. However all contact details remain the same, and the service continues to be delivered by the same team that you know and love.
